Ways of Shipping/Delivery
All shipments in and out of Greece are facilitated by FedEXCourier, Geniki Tahidromiki Courier and ELTA.
Please be certain about the invoice details and shipment address because we cannot change orders after they are shipped for delivery.
By delivery, you will be asked to sign. Please check the package for any damage before you sign. Do not sign or accept the package if it is damaged.
Anybody can receive your package and sign on your behalf if you have stated the recipient name beforehand. For that reason, we are not responsible for any shipment lost in the building you have chosen for delivery, e.g. an office address.
Shipment Expenses/Extra Charges
Product prices do not include shipment expenses.
The shipment expenses are formed in the following way:
Shipments in Greece: Free for orders above 80 EUR
Shipments in Greece with pay on delivery are charged an extra 5 EUR.
Shipments abroad inside the EU: Free for order above 300 EUR and 25 EUR charge for orders below 300 EUR
Shipments abroad outside the EU: Free for orders above 900 EUR
For shipments in countries outside the EU and for orders above 900 EUR there is a custom clearance cost of 69 EUR. The charge is different depending on each country and the taxes of its customs.
For orders below 900 EUR, delivery costs are 35 EUR. If the delivery area is secluded from cities there is a minimum charge of 18 EUR.
The customer service department will notify you through email for the cost of your order.
If your credit card is not charged in EUR, then you will be charged according to the exchange rate that your bank institution has issued on the day of the transaction.
The delivery time is formed the following way:
Shipments in Greece from 3 to 5 working days
Shipments abroad inside the EU from 5 to 10 working days
Shipments abroad outside the EU from 7 to 15 working days
Your order will be sent the soonest possible, but we are not responsible for delays due to strikes of the means of transportation or for deliveries in secluded areas outside cities, bad weather conditions or other issues from the customs authorities.
Product Return/Exchange Policy
Product exchanges can be accepted within 10 days from the day of the delivery of your order.
The product must be unused and in its initial condition.
The transportation cost is charged on the customer if the product is not faulty.
The color difference between the product and its photograph is not considered a fault as it may be due to lighting conditions during the photoshoot or your screen’s brightness.
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product only if he himself used it badly. For example, if he disassembled the product to see how it is inside.
